CareLADDER was created in partnership with subject-matter experts and faculty researchers in social work who work with Child and Family Services, foster care families, public agencies, and private facilities. It was modified from the original LADDER framework and adapted for the workforce to increase engagement and decrease burnout in this sector. It is also useful in developing leaders who serve these professionals.
